Orders

Orders may be placed online at www.lucedifioreofficial.com. Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours by us. If you'd like to cancel or change your orders, please contact us at lucedifioreofficial.com within 24 hours after purchasing. If, for any reason, there is a delay in processing and/or shipping, the customer will be directly notified. Due to the fact that all the items are made to order, please allow up to 7 days for items to be shipped.

Returns and exchanges

ALL sales are final since all the items are made to order. Unfornately we are not able to take returns or exchanges on any items.

Damages and Claims

If damage has been found, email us at lucedifioreofficial@gmail.com including "Damages claim" in the subject line. You must contact Luce Di Fiore within 24 hours of receipt to report damage. Damages must be repacked in the original packaging it came in.

Pricing

Luce Di Fiore reserves the right to adjust the pricing of items at anytime, without any notice and also refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site's terms or as otherwise determined by Luce Di Fiore.
