At Luce Di Fiore, we’re committed to making sure your order arrives safely, beautifully packaged, and on time.

We currently ship orders within the United States using reliable standard and priority shipping services. All orders are carefully hand-packed with eco-friendly materials to protect your products during transit.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.

Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Luce Di Fiore, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of our solid perfumes, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
