Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of our solid perfumes, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
